All participants with GLAC USBC membership are eligible to participate. YOUTH ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE WITH SIGNED PRIZE WAIVERS PRIOR TO COMPETITION.
Qualifier for the BVL Helen Duval Veterans State Finals to be held March 2023 (McHenry Bowl, Modesto).

- The highest youth in each division will represent the youth at BVL and will also earn a scholarship award
